Cleaned the egg out, saved the old but largely crushed old lump, took out the fire ring and firebox and vacuumed the egg out. Reassembled and it's now ready for 2 butts - one 5 pounder and one 3.5 pounder (they didn't have one 7 pounder, which is what I wanted).

I'll be cooking them overnight because I have Church Sunday morning. We'll foil them and refrigerate, then warm in the oven Sunday and pull them when warm. Pics forthcoming.
