All the talk made me crave a few. I've been up since Tues morning and I'm a little punch drunk but wanted to egg for a few minutes.
Consider not cutting the pepper in half but taking the top third off forming a boat.
Any filler will work. I tried caramel and chocolate tonight but forgot to tag it...my neighbor ended up with the caramel.
It's important to seal the ends. I wrap long ways and then across ...holds the molten lava in.
I seasoned with these two...the pbr was for me surviving the day(s). The salt combo was a great accent. There's enough going on with the ingredients.
Wrapped and ready. I always go 400 raised direct. I really struggled on the mini. Any tips or advice are appreciated.
I really wanted to taste the caramel. ...the dark chocolate and cherry was phenomenal.

I've been thinking about making these for a while, just haven't taken the plunge yet. By the way, where can I find the Loveless Cafe rub? I ran out of what you gave me, love that stuff. Anywhere to order online? In Manchester, TNVol For Life!

Looks good. I've got to try them now. When I cook bacon wrapped appetizers on the mini, I go indirect with the woo and foil wrapped pizza stone at 325-350. Works for me.<img
Any road will take you there if you don't know where you're going.

Great "dessert app" right there! The taste profile is great and they are easy to make.Louisville; Rolling smoke in the neighbourhood. # 38 for the win. Life is too short for light/lite beer! Seems I'm livin in a transitional period.

However, I thought if they were @henapple panties, they would have a bacon strip in the rear....------------------------------

@henapple: I meant to ask you if you replace the 1/3 slice of jalapeno back on top, before the bacon, to help seal in the "goodies".KelleyEgging with No Joke Smoke (Bruce), enjoying small town life in Brenham, TX., the home of Blue Bell Ice Cream. @EggObsessed. ..I usually use another 2/3 piece to wrap with. I save my scraps for sautéed veggies...it's important to get a good seal.Green egg, dead animal and alcohol. The "Boro".. TN

Looks like we got the game plan for Sunday! Yummm!

So....now @NoJokeSmoke and I have changed our plans to MPDs and smoked, then seared, duck breasts instead of chicken wings.
