Super bowl treat?

I am heading to a Super Bowl party with a group of good fishing friends, and was tasked to surprise them with a dish. Already on the list are pulled pork, chicken wings, veggie tray, meatballs, and a few casseroles. Don't want to double up on the pork or I would do ribs. Was going to do cazzy wings until I learned there were already wings coming.

I'll take any recommendations for a surprise dish!!

Burnt Ends, take a cut of beef ribs, roast, or brisket point, smoke them til they are done, then cut them into 3/4 inch to one inch cubes and smoke them another couple hours with your favorite sauce until they just fall apart when you touch them

Well, I'm a big fan of Kalbi (Korean Short Ribs). Not traditional game fare, but they've become a tradition when I host. The marinade prep takes a little work, the rest is easy.

I usually replace the black pepper with red pepper paste, or some other chili, and toss an Asian pear (apple pear) into the mix.

They can be cut into individual riblets after grilling and nibbled off the bone. Definitely a "surprise" dish, unless you're Korean I guess.

Stuffed Mushrooms, Bacon wrapped shrimp, ABTs, Grilled nachos... I could go for days. IMO I love finger foods for sporting events. Easier to graze on the whole game. Plus normally quick to cook.

Since @henapple has not surfaced, I got lucky with a search and here's the original link:

My salado cooks I have modified the cook to split a large cherry in half, a place it in the half boat jalapeno with the chocolate, then wrap with bacon and cook. And realize that hot off the BGE, that chocolate is hot-definitely have an adult beverage (or two) at the ready. Enjoy!

Pig shots are a little tedious to prep but require minimal ingredients and are a show-stopper. Figure out how many you'll need and then double it. I did them at an eggfest and I didn't even have time to "present" them they were going so fast. I basically pulled them off with tongs as they finished and handed them directly to people crowding around me.

@lousubcap‌ I did these three ways. One set with Dove dark, Dove milk and lastly cordial chocolate cherries. None disappoint. It's a curve ball with a breaking ball all in one.

I like the dark chocolate. ..holds up to the pepper and bacon. I do put a whole maraschino in the center. Cut in half before serving and the red center gives a good presentation. I'm gonna do a couple tonight. ..I'll post some pics.

This. I was a direct observer at Salado but I didn't get to sample one. The amazing part, though, is the amount of men that wear women's underwear.

I didn't think of asking this....You're making this at home & then having to transport it to the party. Is it far away? This may dictate a little bit as far as what you bring too.
I still say MPDs and maybe a batch of ABTs.
