I'm new to the Forum, so I just wanted to say hello. I bought my egg last spring about a week after cooking on a friends for the first time. Needless to say, I'm totally hooked. It hasn't taken long to cook like a pro. I've mostly been using recipe posts reprinted in the Egg cookbooks. This website takes it to a new level.
