LAMB RIBLETS

Found some lamb riblets at Food For Less, Have not seen them in years. Little short riblets made up of chewy yummy lamb. Marinated in Sicilian oregano, fresh rosemary, garlic, salt, pepper and olive oil.
Side dishes: couscous salad, and turnips and greens.
Fired up the BGE raised CI grate and fire cooked those babies.

BBQJiM,Love those riblets, there are one of the best appitizers at my favorite Greek restaurant Kokari in San Francisco. Amazing flavor. Done pretty much the way you did yours with the addition of dry white wine. Great cook, I can taste em from here.

Lamb...,yes and nicely prepared!When I'm not Eggin', I'm scootin' Eggin' and 'cueing from Temecula Ca; an hour from San Diego, an hour and five minutes from Palm Springs, and an hour and a half from Los Angeles (yeah, right. With THAT traffic?)
