Sunday Snow Storm Prep...

It's looking more likely that we will be getting a pretty good snow storm later tonight into the first part of the week...
Went to Wegman's this morning and it was already nuts... Picked up stuff to make a pot of turkey chili inside on the stove with the DO... Grabbed some chicken tenders, steaks, and rack of ribs for doing on the egg later. Not sure which I'll do yet...

Yep, all prepped up here as well. I covered the cookers, but, the covers are removable.Fridge and freezer are fully stocked, and I also picked up some beef back ribs today. I'm thinking I'll put them on first thing in the morning.

I loaded up my egg near the house in case I need to cook on it. I just came home with a couple of beef shanks and stuff to make some vegetable beef and barley soup on the stove tomorrow.
Also picked up some ice cream because something about snow storms always made me crave ice cream.

Oh, I did fill the beer fridge earlier today so I think I am set.

I am in the process of making about 7 lbs. of Canadian bacon. (Post with pictures later.) That should provide an adequate supply of protein for the storm. My wife baked a loaf of bread earlier today. We picked up Yuengling Black and Tan, milk, cream, and buttermilk at Walmarts. We are well prepared. The plan for tomorrow is to make some cheese, a new enterprise.

Well enough people reported feeling it in at least a 8 mile radius of my home... they may have not reported it yet, but it definitely happened. I was only a 1/3 into my first cocktail... had me questioning some life choices for a few minutesUncleFred said:

Hummm... I know you don't get many, so there may be a bit of a time lag but usually not more than an hour. We're kinda focused on quakes out here...
