My wife and kids used to hound me. "a\Are they done yet, are they done yet?" I finally convinced them by waiting, and only serving when they were done. After that, they didn't mind the wait.
And then I learned how to cook a little faster w about the same result.
Still, quality wins out over convenience.

most days, I don't mind the wait. I use the time to enjoy a nice drink and music. There are of course times when I'm wondering, " are they done yet"? -
Here they are done. I just let em ride, no foil etc. sweet rub o mine and Smokin guns, hickory chunks and apple chips @250, 5 hours. They're gone. Cheers!
