I bought myself a new egg for Christmas and have fallen in love with it. I have used it every day something's twice.
Here are some pics of my first full day of cooking before kids went back to college. Stared with a brisket, corn pudding, and Mac & cheese, then threw on a Boston butt to cook all night so the kids could take back to school. I put the butt on at 10pm at 225 degrees, set the alarm for 165 degrees, and at 8am when the arm went off the grill was still 225. Wrapped it and put it back on meat hit 200. Perfect! Here's the pics

Don't worry about it. The later it gets the less mis spelled words are caused by autocorrect than by adult beverages.__________________________________________It's not a science, it's an art. And it's flawed.- Camp Hill, PA -

Like many of us, there's probably someone in your life who is anxious to say, "Told you!!!"
We all "preach" Big Green Egg at every opportunity, but some of the ones we're preaching to are slow to respond. When they do, they're very happy they made the move...
