its been a while since the last one so I decided to do a pork butt on my Lg Egg. I did Chris Lily's injection and let it sit in the fridge for 24 hours then rubbed Bad Byron's Butt Rub and put that in the fridge for the day. Put the butt on at midnight and pulled at 198* when the probe went in like buttah. Also went without sauce. I've never done that before. Glad I did. It was fantastic.

Yeah bad Byron's is pretty popular. It has a fair amount of kick to it which is needed with such a large and fatty cut like the BB. Nice lookin sammich.
