I did my first salmon cook tonight. I'm born and raised in the south, so cooking fish has always involved corn, eal, buttermilk, and hot oil, so this was out of my comfort zone.
I cedar planked it, and coated with olive oil and Greek seasoning. It was incredible!! Even my 11 and 13 year old loved it!!

Slam dunk! Nice work. Welcome @mgd_egg my goto salmon cook is to brush with olive oil, season it, grill flesh side down for 4-5 minutes, flip, and cook about another 4-5 minutes. I cook it direct at a temp of 350-400.Chicago, IL - Large and Small BGE - Weber Gasser and Kettle

Mdg_egg it cooked at 375 dome temp for about 20 min. It was direct it the plank with the grid on the fire ring. Thanks for all the input on this site to make it a success!

Nice job. Easy peasy, right. Nice clean egg you have there. Won't be like that for long I bet.
