Finally... Maybe Some Egging Today

After about 10 hours in my office I finally finished and sent off my review...
Made it to the store and home before all the ice hit the fan around here and made the roads insane.
Picked up wings, a London Broil, and the makings for chicken stir fry. It's supposed to change from freezing rain to just heavy rain later. I hope I can get some egging in, at least the wings. Looking like I will probably to the woking inside using my SS wok pan on the stove.
Now with a day of nothing to do but relax and egg, I'm about to fire up the first Bloody and kick off my at home tailgate

It's slowly improving but they are reporting over 400 accidents in NJ and a few pile ups in PA that claimed lives...
Be careful out there if you are any where near the mid atlantic area this morning.
Hope the egg warms up and I can get it set up for wings. Either way we won't go hungry.

not to rub it in, but if anyone wants to move to The Beautiful South - we've got 55 in b-ham today and i think some of our egging friends in the Great (big) State of Texas are experiencing some 70 degree temps. glad to have y'all down here!!!

I normally do my London Broils with a nice coat of Montreal seasoning... Trying @MeatChurch Holy Cow on this one. Love it on chicken, nice and peppery.

London broil is on as a prep cook. Still raining here. Stir fry is likely to be an inside cook.
