Hickory smoke for 5 hours at 250. Used a spicy salt and spice rub. Popped it in the slow cooker for over night. Came out really smoky with very edible bark. Thanks for all the help.

Never heard of such a thing. But it sure looks good. VERY good! What temp in the slow cooker? Mine only has Hi and Lo.
I hate it when I go to the kitchen for food and all I find are ingredients!
