Hey all,
Wanted to share some ribs that came out killer using new Kamado Joe Peach Rub.
It has quite a bit of sugar so I kept the temps low and spritzed every 30 minutes or so, came out so tasty!

Taking your pictures down through the vent hole in the dome seems a bit extreme.
