Just a quick hello to everyone from a new member and relatively new Egghead! I bought a LBGE two days before retiring from a 31-year career as a state trooper on April 1st. I spent much of my first day retired sitting on the deck watching smoke come out of the top of that puppy (baby-backs). It was wonderful. I have since cooked about everything you can think of on it, and have had great results. I now also have a Mini that my wife gave me for Christmas. I am attaching a photo of my first cook on it! Looking forward to a great time with the Eggs and the forum!

Welcome aboard brother Foot. I have a large and a mini as well. A great combination in my opinion. My wife gave me a MM for Christmas to compliment them. The little mini is just a all around great little cooker. Enjoy the retirement and keep on smoking!!
