Smoked beet salad

Options
I love me some beets.  Threw some on indirect with pecan for a few hours.  Skinned, sliced, tossed with vinagrette, and served with greens, goat cheese, and candied pecans.  recipe is based on ina garten's "balsamic roasted beet salad" (BTW difference between dome temp on the BGE thermo and grid temp on the maverick was as much as 130 degrees.)
