Had to cook a mega batch of sauce for a party last month. I hate peeling garlic. I experimented with the Kitchenaid using the dough hook attachment and the cloves were peeled presto. Too much sauce to cook on the Egg though...

I like her method a lot, going to have to try the kitchen aid dough hook method. I wonder if this same principle will work with a Spackler mixer and my Milwaukee 1/2" hole shooter??1 brand new XL BGE 1-22" WSM 1-Weber Performer 1-Four Seasons gasser West Islip, New York

I am familiar with the shake a shake method but tried a lazy man's way. I tried it at first with the beater attachment but it crushed the cloves. Both methods work pretty well.Milton, GA.
