We love this as a breakfast special. Cut an avacodo in half and pull out the bulb. Carve out a major part of the meat and set aside for a later meal. Next carve between the skin of the avacodo and the meat. Pre cook some strips of bacon till they are about half way cooked. Then put the bacon between the skin and meat. If is a bit time consuming. Now crack an egg into the hollowed part of avacodo. Season with S&P and your fav seasoning. Egg should be preheated to 400* indirect. Grill for a about 20-25 min. Enjoy.
