Sher-Bear and I are going healthy the first of next week so we're sneaking in a few favs. Shrimp and cheese grits.
Dying to use the new wok I egged the shrimp. ..little oil, Old Bay and a couple minutes. Turned out good. Looking forward to learning more about the wok.

Shrimp and grits. It goes without saying that they are both Southern delicacies and two of my personal favorites. I can eat grits by the gallon. Great job Uncle Apple =D>

@henapple looks awesome. Ever done the grits on the egg? My wife and I have been doing the healthy thing for a while and the Egg has helped miraculously. I think we eat out a lot less and try to eat grilled fish and chicken 3-4 times a weekMemphis, TN ----> Chattanooga, TN

Good luck with the healthy stuff. I would do okay if I just ate BGE stuff, but the 1.5 gallons of sweet tea per day, donuts, ice cream, and all the other processed sugary stuff is killing me.Steven
