Finally got a steak thick enough to try the reverse sear method. Worked out better than I imagined. Great meal and a fine start to the new year. Cheers and all the best for 2015 to all the forum folk.

Now look here, this is my kind of meal. No nonsense and straight forward. Simply outstanding my friend. Steak and lobster says it all. While the whole thing looks outstanding, lobster automatically earns you this by default:
