Chicken Bomb "Roll"

Bought chicken thighs to make chicken bombs for a church New Years thing tonight. Was somewhat of an impulse plan and didn't realize I bought boneless skinless. They were in pretty bad shape so I decided to pound them and make a chicken bomb roll. Jalepenos sautéed with garlic, salt, BBQ sauce and butt rub. Then rolled into some cream cheese and mozzarella cheese. Roll was made and wrapped in Saran placed in freezer for an hour to firm up so I could bacon wrap and truss. Really excited about this. Made 2 of them and Going on egg around 350-400 later this afternoon.
