New Years Eve Dinner... OT Italian

My wife wanted pasta and gravy for dinner tonight... So here we are in an OT thread LOL
No egging today... closest I'll get to it is if I step out for a cigar later
Wishing you all a healthy & happy New Year; filled with love, laughter, smiles, good times, prosperity, and good food. May all of your surprises be happy ones; and may your toughest day in 2015 be no worse than your best day of 2014...
Spending the evening celebrating with my girls... Please be safe no matter how you are celebrating tonight!
I'll have pics along shortly... Currently the sauce is simmering away making the house smell wonderful, should be ready in about 6 hours or so

A little OT for the OT one of my favorite flix is Goodfellas. I've actually tried this technique. It was awesome! But, goodness gracious it's time consuming.
