72 Days to Salado Eggfest - Be Happy

Options
Some like to be the first to wish you a Happy New Year, but me, I like to be the last to wish you a Happy New Year (for 2014).

The Salado Eggfest As Seen From Outer Space

Yes, 2014 is just about to be in the history books. And no matter how it went for you, you only have two choices as to how to sum the up year for you personally: Happy or Unhappy. If it was a Happy year for you, you will probably enjoy 2015 too, because you will be starting off being happy. But if you are unhappy in 2014, you will likely be unhappy tomorrow, and maybe even the day after, and day after. It's not a good way to start a new year.

But here's something to get you smiling... There are only 72 days left for Salado. 71 if you're coming in the day before so you can be at the Meet & Greet.

And this is your last reminder of 2014 that you need to make the decision to be Happy in 2015. And while you're in a happy mood, also make the decision to attend the Salado Eggfest on March 14, 2015. In fact, while you pencil the date on your calendar, draw a big smiley face there too. Then every time you glance at the calendar you will smile, just like the smiley face. What a great way to start a new year - Happy...

Now wasn't that easy?

Oh... and don't forget to plan the other stuff too. You know, like who's coming with you, do you plan to cook, what do you plan to cook, where do you plan to stay, and all those other little planning steps that will assure you of having a great time.

Yes, the Salado Eggfest is still free. Such a beautiful word "Free"... It's also good for 'happy.'

And what about Demo Eggs? Here's your chance to pick one up for a song (well, more like a song with a few notes missing). But, like always, you will save money buying a Demo Egg. Decide soon and call Frank Cloud at Keith Ace Hardware (254) 947-4008 to make the arrangements. Pricing on Demo's and other Eggs is shown below and on the Salado Eggfest blog site. http://saladoeggheadgathering.blogspot.com/

And let's not forget that we will be giving away two Mini-Max Big Green Eggs to two lucky winners. Yes, you have a chance of winning like anyone else, but only as long as you are there in person. Winning a Mini-Max would definitely make 2015 a great year for you.

Finally, here's the information on the Egg Pricing:

Mini Eggs': Pre-Paid only $299 (with Nest)
Mini-Max's: $499 Pre-Paid (Subject to availability only)
Demo Large's: $745 (With nest, lump and starters) Pre-paid is recommended because of the limited number, but if any are left, you can purchase one after the Eggfest. They usually go fast.

There will be additional information for attendees and Cooks on the Blog Site and in future reminders.

See you in Salado.
