Christmas Angus Standing Rib Roast aka Prime Rib

Just finished my first Prime Rib roast. Had the bone cut off and tied back, did a reverse sear, rubbed in olive oil and applied Snider's Prime Rib Seasoning.
Cooked it indirect to 120 degrees then removed the plate setter, got the temp up to 500 or so and got a good amount of seat on it. I then let it rest for about 20 minutes before I cut it. It turned out very good, I though the rub might have been too strong, but it was not at all. I also make a horseradish sauce to go along with it(very good!). Tomorrow I will thin slice what's left to make prime rib sandwiches. Before I got my BGE a few years back I would have never attempted this. With the BGE and the amount of knowledge and support on this forum, nothing is off limits to try. In fact I've been curing my own bacon and smoking cheese for awhile now. Not sure what is next for the BGE Bucket List of cooks, any ideas out there?
Merry Christmas!
