Going on for a 5 O'clock Fest, cooking/reheating at 325 until 140 IT glazing the last hour every 20 minutes with a cranberry and orange glaze for the Ham. I'm planning 2 to 2 1/2 hours for the Ham and 45/50 minutes on the Pig Shots.
