Greetings-
Trying to time things so that all the main dishes will be done at roughly the same time. I am doing two stuffed Pork Tenderloins 375° raised direct until an internal temp of 140°. Any thoughts as to how long this would take? I appreciate any information. Thanks and have a great Holiday Season!
Cheers,

I've never done stuffed, but I've done loins that were 1-1.5 range. Afraid I'm not much help.

Did 2 stuffed indirect 325 on the mini last night. 45 mins or so to 140Seattle, WA

Have done several of these over the past few months. 45 to 50 minutes would be close but go with 140 IT of pork. Don't cook any higher than that as you will be drying out the meat too much. Good luck and post some pics.
