Looking to feed about 6 people Christmas dinner. Main course is going to be standing rib roast from the Egg. How big of a rib roast would you get for 6 people? None of us are really 'big eaters'.

I'd do 4lb and you will have leftovers for sandwiches. Just my opinion.

4 pound boneless roast. 5-6 pounds with bone.

I am dong an 8lb bone in, for 6 people, but plan to send guests home with enough for some sandwiches during the next week. In my experience with PRR the leftovers always disappear before you are ready to see them go.
