Followed the naked whiz recipe. Just combined the seafood and chicken recipes and used chicken broth and left out the peppers. Found bomba rice at our local central market in Houston.

Is that a garlic clove in the middle? Do you eat it , or is it for flavoring?

JefCB01 ,I wonder after it is cooked down, what the flavor would be like. I would take a clove and see if you can squeeze a piece into your mouth and try it. I bet if it has mellowed enough, that would be a nice treat, I love garlic roasted, cooked, pickled, mmm mmm.
