SRF Brisket just arrived

My 13.2 pound brisket from SRF just got here. We'll be eating good next week. When I asked the DIL what she wanted for Christmas she said 'Egg meat'. I'll send her home with some pulled pork as well.

$160 at 14.8 (free shipping) comes to $10.82 per ##. They do offer a non Wagyu for cheaper and if you get lucky and get a 13# in the smaller category you can save money per #. Will definitely reinforce the fact that the quality of beef going into the BGE has the greatest impact on the output. If you enjoy brisket, then at least once you need to try a SRF brisket. Enjoy the cook and the eats-worth it across the board.Louisville; Rolling smoke in the neighbourhood. # 38 for the win. Life is too short for light/lite beer! Seems I'm livin in a transitional period.

OK. Help me understand. Is there currently a "sale" for SNF brisket? Is there a benefit to ordering now versus later? 14-17lb going for $159.00. What is it normally?

@Raymont-haven't been to their site today so don't know right to the minute, but last weekend there was a 10% discount on everything on their site for Sat and Sunday. Thus the bump in purchases. You can subscribe to their e-mail notifications but as noted by @BKD that can be hazardous to your wallet. As further enticement, a few months ago they overhauled their shipping options greatly reducing their cheapest shipping method.
