Hello everyone,

I acquired a medium BGE a few years ago and have lurked here off and on since that time.  I've already learned a great deal from you guys and figured it was time to step in and introduce myself. 

I live in the Lexington area of SC.

Cooking is a hobby of mine and I am reasonably proficient at grilling, but I am still working on my low and slows.  I've done scores of butts, but I've only attempted one brisket so far, and, well...it was mostly edible (that's the best I can say about it).

I look forward to learning more and hopefully making a contribution at some point.  Thanks for having me.
