Flank steak fajitas

Got the egg to 500 degrees with the cast iron grate in. Marinated the flank steak in dales, soy sauce, olive oil and southwest fajita seasoning. Grilled direct for 4 min a side. Topped with sautéed peppers, onions, sour cream, lettuce and cheese with a side of fresh guacamole. This might get added to the menu! Only snagged a plated pic this time:
