I've made these burgers a hundred times.
Hands down..the best ever. On these particular burgers with the stuffing, I'm a lathered with mayo,fresh baked kaiser, salt and onion only. Love the gorgonzola and the Applewood smoked bacon..add much else and something loses its great taste imo.
Gawd this BGE is a marvel. ...I listened for years how it was da bomb. Even ate food prepped on it..all delicious...And I'm a believer
