Built this a while back but just got around to posting it after a good cleaning. It's a ridiculous 48 degrees here in MN today in the middle of December so it was a good opportunity to get any frozen drippings and what not off the table and get it looking nice for some weekend cooks. Got some nice thick ribeyes for tonight and a rack of pork for lunch tomorrow, should be tasty..
