Squeezed 2 oranges, added a shot of Elijah Craig and poured in some honey. Brushed the steelhead with the mixture then hit it with some DP raging river. Sprayed the Asparagus with EVOO and poured some butter on then seasoned with Susie Q's and cracked pepper. Pan seared all 3 first on the mini then put them in the MM indirect at 350 and put my veggie tray on the mini full blast while the fish was finishing. Red onion, tomoatoes, and feta over the spring mix. Best meal I've had since the baby.image.image.image.image.image.image
