My wife loves me

My bride has come to the conclusion it better to join em than beat em and gave me.my Christmas present early..I'm truly blessed. ..
As I've stated Im a researcher and these products are top of the line and used by many.
Bout 130 buckaroos for the kit.. fyi
getting broke in Sunday with a rolled pork loin...can't wait

I would much rather be able to say I was glad I did than wished I had........

    Or she really doesn't like overcooked rolled pork loin.

    The thermocouples are much more durable than the thermistors. Good buy.

    @nolaegghead‌ agree on thermocouple vs thermistors. I'm also partial to the K type connectors (only because most of my test instruments use them). The Stoker uses their proprietary plug but, offers K type with adaptor. I use the plug only because they work perfect and no need to over complicate it.
