Had a nice time this weekend with no egging. Had a large get together at the house last night, at which I got engaged to my now fiancé!! (She said yes!) What a fun night.
So, I decided 30 minutes ago I wanted some ribs for dinner, so Winn Dixie trip later, slab of baby backs. I'm usually a at louis guy, but figured what the heck.
Rubbed with half salt and pepper, and half dizzy dust. 250 on the AR for a few hours.

Congratulations Brian! FWIW there's nothing wrong with a huge wedding nor with a small one. We had a very small ceremony. Our Son was my Best Man and ring bearer (he was 4 at the time) and my Wife's friend was her Maid of Honor. Her friend bought flowers and our cake(Publix I think ). We both chose to save our money for our future (well she decided and I nodded
) ). We've been happily married since then.
