Was racking my little brain over something new to egg. I've been pushing myself to cook different things. Someone mentioned crab cakes so..
Yes, I used a f%=_+ recipe. The sarrachi remoulade sauce was unbelievable. Egg and grease at 375 in my ci deep dish skillet.
Grilled Romaine..."this is the best thing you've ever cooked". It's one of Sher-Bear's favorites.
I egged it cause I was in the mancave wrapping client's Christmas presents. ..yeti mugs...my main client is getting an actual yeti.

Ok, it's official. You can cook] Salado TX & 30A FL: Egg Family: 3 Large and a very well used Mini, added a Mini Max when they came out (I'm good for now). Plus a couple Pit Boss Pellet Smokers.

I think the Christmas season has done you a world of good. You have been cooking your ass off all month. I hope your clients are grateful for the nice gifts.The tight asses I deal with don't give much. I used to get a big bottle of Crown Royal from one vendor, but they don't even do that anymore.

1/2 cup mayo
1/4 cup Cajun mustard
garlic. ..I used a teaspoon
I used a little smoked paprika
Sarrachi to taste
