Was racking my little brain over something new to egg. I've been pushing myself to cook different things. Someone mentioned crab cakes so..

Yes, I used a f%=_+ recipe. The sarrachi remoulade sauce was unbelievable. Egg and grease at 375 in my ci deep dish skillet.

I egged it cause I was in the mancave wrapping client's Christmas presents. ..yeti mugs...my main client is getting an actual yeti.
