? re: brine for Turkey breast

Posted a message a short time back re bringing a turkey breast. I believe it was Kat that says she does 1 cup kosher, 1 cup sugar to 1 gallon water. Have looked at every store here in Columbus and CAN NOT fine Kosher salt. Can I use the Morton's pickling salt and if not, what would one suggest that I use for the Kosher? Thanks in advance!
