Another Newbie Question-Small versus Mini Max

Even if it was just me...I would smoke 3 butts. I pull it all and freeze the leftovers and they are great (foodsaver really helps for this).Which came first the chicken or the egg? I egged the chicken and then I ate his leg. -

@Sameydog ... my only egg is a large which works well for two of us ... as well as for company. I was sorely tempted to buy a Kamado Joe Jr when Ace had their one day 25% off sale, but decided that I'd still probably still cook on the large so didn't buy one.
It'd be interesting to take a poll of egg size ownership among the members ... my guess is that the large would be number one ... probably followed by the XL.

Hopefully soon so I can try it out before holiday company. Both of our kids and their family live in Florida so I guess I was a little hasty saying I only cook for myself. They always want me to do the cooking and especially when I bring back fish.Bill

You're gonna love it. I'm surprised how quickly I can fill up the large on a single level. Mostly because I want to cook the meat and some side at the same time. I think you'll be happy you got the large.

I'm use to using my propane grill to only do the meat. I see a whole new world out there. Okay.
