Steaks

I don't dont do the expensive steaks. On a weekly basis. But, I do believe in steaks.

I love beef. Got these on a deal from Walmart.

Southern flavor. Reverse sear. To 115 then rest.

Then to 130! Sister in law said it was too pink for her. But, I contributed that to the smoke.

Oh well. I'd never complain about a free steak.
