I thought my fist multi egg cook was going so well....[p]The Brisket came out really nice on the large. (Thanks for the help Nature Boy)

The were completed nuked black and crunchy. Believe it or not I think that they all got eaten anyhow but they were no were close to what I intended. I was really looking forward to those too. Oh well maybe I 'll try again this weekend.

JNK,[p]The brisket looks great.[p]When cooking with bacon, (ABT's, wrapped scallops or shrimp etc,) I get the cheap-o thin slices and partially cook them in the micro before wrapping. The bacon wraps tighter, and gets crisp without overcooking the centers.[p]~thirdeye~
