This was pretty off the chain. I would have cooked it a little longer but it was to temp and the wife was ready to eat. Used 2 lbs deer burger 1 lb pork sausage. Milk soaked real bread crumbs. Made a huge meat pie and then weaved a bacon layer on top of it. It was truly amazing. If I had cooked it another 15 minutes I think the bacon would have crisped better and not have lost any internal juice. 375 on a pizza stone indirect.

We had our parents over and I had told them burgers at first. When they showed up dad said, " that ain't no burger" I said ha no i decided to make meatloaf. My mother in law said that ain't no meat loaf, that's a man loaf!
