Mallard Ducks

Options
Shot some green heads on Sunday, cleaned em up, put em in an overnight marinade and cooked tonight.
Used a little cherry and hickory wood.

Wrapped some in bacon with jalapeño.
Kept the skin/fat on some and seared on each side.
Didn't have time to pluck and do em whole.
Turned out pretty good.
