My new to the egg neighbor will be coming over later to check out my egg gear and get some questions answered...
Sure that I am egging up some rattlesnake tails today, tying up some tenderloin tails and grilling them as well... might go get a few other things to throw on just for fun. Finally supposed to be sunny and cool, so a good day for cooking, football, and maybe a little drinking as well

Thanks guys... Getting things started with some bloody Mary's. Didn't feel like waiting for the state store to open so I could get zing Zang so I decided to try a few others.
The Ubon's was terrible and we dumped it; the Mr. T's are okay, but I won't drink bloodies again without zing Zang.

Have never tried grilled rattlesnake. When I was growing up in Nebraska, we usually had it pan fried with flour. Not many rattlesnakes here in Virginia, and I don't think the town would allow me to hunt the with a 22 even if I found one.

Tails are almost ready to sauce and finish. Tenderloin tails are tied into a roast like shape and rubbed with olive oil, fresh rosemary, minced garlic, and salt & pepper
