A little baking, a little egging...

Yesterday I started baking Christmas cookies. Over the next couple weeks I will bake an assortment of cookies to share and eat. The first of the year is always Spritz, my family's traditional cookie.
I pack them in tins and mail them to my brothers across the country.
With the cookies under control, I started the LBGE and cooked a 4# pork loin. Cooked indirect at 325 to an internal temp of 140. Dinner was delish and we'll have wonderful sandwiches in our lunches all week.
