For me it's a Crown Pork Roast (well that and a brisket).
Salado TX & 30A FL: Egg Family: 3 Large and a very well used Mini, added a Mini Max when they came out (I'm good for now). Plus a couple Pit Boss Pellet Smokers.

My list is way too long. I have 30 bookmarked recipes here and then I see stuff that @caliking @tarheelmatt @Dyal_SC put out that is outside the normal or incredibly creative use of common ingredients and I say, "I'd like to try that sometime.". That's one reason this forum is great.there are so many more great cooks here that I can't name them all, but those three really stick out for creativity.

Brisket...and caveman steak, but going to knock that out tomorrow. I have a freezer full of elk, so not purchasing meat anytime soon...brisket will continue on the list for the foreseeable future.Houston, Texas

I bought one this week on a lark. I think I'm going to do shrimp and scallops on it tonight. I'll report out tomorrow if I can drag my lazy butt to the Costco. The idea is interesting, we'll see if the view is worth the climb. I also think it would be a good way to serve sashimi, but I can only get high grade fish mail order. -

I've only done beef and pork and 1 turkey on my medium.. Think its time to try some poultry. You folks make chicken sound very easy. Yep, need to get to Kroger and get a chicken or two.
