I have a 10 lb. bird, but have never cooked one. I have a few questions. 1) approximately how many mins. per lb. & what temp do I cook it to? 2) is 350 indirect ok? 3) upright on a stand or laying in a roasting rack? Any other tips will be greatly appreciated!
