Sat Double Smoked Ham...

Options
Going to give double smoking a ham a try today... Picked up a brown sugar cured bone in ham this morning. Planning on scoring it and rubbing it down with some Dijon mustard and then smoking it with hickory and cherry. After that, going to try and make some of the buffalo cauliflower bites that I saw on here last week, they looked great...
