Its been some time sinse I have been on here. Hope everyone is doing great. Winter is here now. Will try to get caught up on this forum eventually and get back to posting. Have done a lot of cooking, unfortunatly I am not usually thinking about taking pics, we do steak probably twice a week, not a single picture, and really no plated pics, but here are a few from the past weeks. Lots of ribs cooked lately, some big ones to. Take care everyone.

MisterCode, its not CI, its the Two Tier Adjustable Swing Rack from CGW. Just looks like its CI, but its just well seasoned.
