For the ones that got mini max egg and already had a mini are you still gonna use your mini.We had burgers tonight and only cooked 3 so used the mini.My opinion you just can't beat the mini for small fast hot cooks.

I was going to sell my Mini but the Mini Max will not fit into the Tacoma bed with a Lid cover where the Mini will. Plus my wife says don't sell it. So.....Salado TX & 30A FL: Egg Family: 3 Large and a very well used Mini, added a Mini Max when they came out (I'm good for now). Plus a couple Pit Boss Pellet Smokers.

If I was brand new into eggdom and didn't already have my other 4 eggs then I would have been at the front of the line scrambling to buy a MM. But I'm at the age and am content with what I have. Besides I will always have this image burnt in my mind of that day 9 years ago when I assembled our Mini and Dublin seemed to express the idea of "WHAT? ANOTHER one?" LOL

Had to sell my Mini due to ceramic failure, bought it off CL. :-( Got a Weber Smoky Joe Jr. and am learning from it. For the price difference, the Joe Jr. shines IMO.Dan, Columbia,Mo.

If I didn't have a mini, I would jump on the MM. But I really haven't had a problem with space with just two people, and I will still use my large for long cooks. I'm a little jealous, but I won't abandon the mini for the price of a MM.*******Owner of a large and a beloved mini in Philadelphia

When I was calling around locally to check on the Mini Max I had two different retailers state that the Mini was getting discontinued.Has anybody spoken to BGE headquarters to verify or squash this rumor?Steve
