I love this site! When I got my Egg after having 4 other grills the guys at Egg store said start easy. Well, I did!! I cooked a choice brisket

Nice. Yet to tackle the brisky. Mostly because I only feed 4 people and they aren't big on leftovers. Maybe a holiday party....I've got the itch.

@Yolk, I've used leftover brisket for everything from chili, baked beans, with breakfast eggs, etc. Never have a problem with leftover Brisket around here.

Wow man, you must have a set of stones on you to go Brisket right of the gate! Maybe it's an area thing but I never had brisket until I cooked it myself. That's probably why I was so scared of it. That and at $9 a pound here for choice I don't want to mess it up.
Anyways, sorry for the rant! I look forward to seeing a lot more cooks in the future. Also, welcome to the cult!1 large BGE, Spartanburg SC
